DailyPrime processes and dispatches all orders directly from our modern climate-controlled fulfillment center located in Czernichów, Poland. We deliver across all provinces of Poland, to all European Union member countries, and to select international partner territories.

All dietary supplements are handled within strict humidity and temperature parameters to ensure that nutrient stability, potency, and freshness remain completely preserved throughout transport.

Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) are verified, packed, and handed over to our contracted logistics partners within 24 to 48 hours. Orders submitted over weekends or statutory public holidays are prioritized for dispatch on the following working day.

Standard domestic delivery across Poland takes approximately 1 to 3 business days via courier or automated parcel lockers. Deliveries across other European Union destinations typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days depending on the destination region.

We cooperate exclusively with established, trusted courier networks including DPD, InPost, and DHL. As soon as your shipment is scanned at our logistics center, you will receive an automated dispatch notification containing a unique tracking identifier.

You can monitor the real-time status and delivery progression of your parcel directly via the carrier's online tracking system until it arrives safely at your door.

Every DailyPrime supplement container is sealed with an airtight, tamper-evident safety closure. Orders are packaged in recyclable, shock-resistant protective cartons designed to shield the contents against physical impacts, UV exposure, and moisture during transit.

If you notice that the exterior shipping box has arrived severely compromised or punctured, please document the damage with photographs and inform our customer support immediately.

Shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on package weight and final destination without hidden surcharges or surprise handling tariffs. We frequently offer free standard delivery promotions on multi-month bundle orders.

For non-EU destinations, any local customs declarations, import value-added taxes, or cross-border processing fees levied by national customs authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient.

If your shipment experiences an unexpected delay, if you need to update an erroneous delivery address before dispatch, or if you have specific courier instructions, our logistics team is available during standard business hours.
