Under European Union consumer rights directives and the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), you have the absolute legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you or an indicated third party receives the physical products, without stating any reason.

Hygiene Seals and Return Eligibility
Because DailyPrime distributes high-grade dietary supplements intended for human oral consumption, strict health, sanitary, and hygiene considerations apply in accordance with statutory consumer legislation exemptions.
To qualify for an eligible return and full refund, supplement containers must remain in their original condition: completely unopened, undamaged, with the factory safety tamper-evident neck band and internal hermetic induction seal 100% intact. We cannot accept returns of opened, consumed, or unsealed supplement bottles.

Step-by-Step Return Procedure
1. Notification: Contact our dedicated support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, stating your order reference number and intention to return the unopened items.
2. Return Authorization: You will receive return packaging instructions and a verification code.
3. Secure Packaging: Place the unopened bottles in sturdy protective cartons.
4. Dispatch: Ship the package via tracked courier to our registered returns facility in Poland.
Customers are responsible for covering direct return postage costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a transit defect.

Inspection and Refund Processing
Once your return package arrives at our Czernichów warehouse, our quality assurance inspectors verify seal integrity within 2 business days. Following confirmation of compliant condition, your refund is approved and released.
Refunds are reimbursed strictly to the original payment method utilized during checkout (card credit, original bank account, or BLIK reversal) within 5 to 7 business days from inspection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives with damaged exterior seals, bottle defects, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence. We will dispatch a complimentary replacement package immediately or issue a full refund including initial shipping fees.
